PWC- Financial literacy blog

 Today  there were 4 people from  PWC  that came in room 5 and they talked about  saving, spending, borrowing, lending, earning needs and wants. PWC  stands for price waterhouse coopers.

 

We did game and earned money well it was  fake money that we earned. and then we spent our money on a reasonable backpack cost $10 the table cost $5 traveling overseas cost $20 and the picnic $0. Then we act out a  trustworthy borrower and a unworthy borrower.

Earning is when you work hard everyday in your job even if it's a small company, but when you work very hard the company well get bigger.

Saving means that you have something that you can use for the times of your needs and  emergency.  Then spending it on some useful tools/things for your house.

We also learnt about borrowing, when you borrowing you have to make sure you give it back. When you lend something to anyone you have to make sure that you give it to someone that's trustworthy.

There are two things in life call needs and wants. Needs are something that you need everyday well not everyday for example we need food, heat, shelter, electricity and all the things that we need in life.  The second one was want  things that you would want is a T.V for yourself in your room, Netflix, expensive phone and computer.

The mans names were Mark, Nike Josh and Darryl. Mark is the boss witch is the CEO( luck)

Josh and Darryl goes into shops and make sure that things are going good and making sure that everything is working right. They also check the bank if the shop have the money they say they have. Nike was taking photos he also works at toitoi.
